Key moments in my journey

I am dedicated to building modern data analytics solutions with excellence as part of the specialised team at Cobry. My focus lies entirely within the Google Cloud ecosystem, leveraging the power of BigQuery for highly scalable data warehousing and Looker (Google Cloud Core) to deliver accessible, powerful business insights.

At Clarasight, I was a key player in enabling their AI-Powered Mission Control for corporate travel, directly contributing to the mission of reducing global travel emissions.
I used advanced Tableau techniques, including complex LOD expressions and statistical modelling, to build high-performance, dynamic dashboards. These dashboards served as the visual interface for our AI's predictive and what-if modelling tools, allowing enterprise clients to instantly simulate the cost-versus-carbon impact of travel decisions.
I managed the deployment, security, and scalability of this infrastructure using Tableau Server, ensuring a centralised, governed source of truth. Crucially, I used the Tableau JavaScript API and various web technologies to seamlessly embed these dynamic outputs directly into the core Clarasight app and web experiences, maximising user adoption and translating AI insights into direct, measurable action for carbon reduction.

Led a team of developers & data analysts to develop a novel data-insights platform.
Created many dashboards, visualisations and reports for multiple clients in our proprietary and other BI formats (e.g. Power BI, Looker & Tableau).

Designed and deployed a world-class BI platform for automated reporting for Dyson’s global business units built on the Google Cloud Platform, Looker and other data visualisation tools.
Built a ‘Dyson Data Environment’ which joined Dyson’s digital data (e.g. GA4/Adobe Analytics) to other data sources (e.g. retail, marketplaces and manufacturing).
The resulting data-portal contributed to growth of revenues across several business channels and websites to £880M (~80%+ YOY growth).

Responsible for the analytics, optimisation and performance reporting for Abcam’s global websites [digital revenues @ ~£15M /month].
Analysed ‘frequently bought’ / ‘frequently viewed together’ product sets, assigned these to a predictive analytics model, which feeds into our websites’ on-site search, comparison and recommendation engines [>150K products].
Created insights dashboards for the leadership team aligned to key business objectives. Built using multiple web technologies [SQL, Tableau, JS, & Google Analytics API].

- Responsible for total online marketing budgets (SEM) of over $2M/yr. (search and display).
- Analysed ROI from advertising spend and communicated recommendations.
Recruited, trained and managed several junior analysts.
- Owned the web tracking and analytics for over 50 website properties.
- Designed A/B + multivariate experiments & download funnel optimisation.
